Refund and Returns Policy
To be eligible for a store credit or refund, customers should notify us within two weeks of purchase (for in-store sales) or receipt of goods (for online / posted orders), and be able to provide proof of purchase.
Requests for returns and refunds based on change of mind or incorrect selection will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and will take into account our our ability to resell the item. Special orders, for example, are less likely to be authorised for return. Books cannot be returned to us without first receiving an approval for the return. Any books or other items returned to us, either in person or by post, must be received in new and re-saleable condition.* Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
* Please note:
- Items that were shipped sealed or shrink-wrapped should be returned as such.
- Gift certificates, digital products, or any books that have digital codes which have been revealed / used cannot be accepted for return or refund.
In the event, however, that a purchased product is damaged or faulty, or we have made a mistake with the order, we will provide a full refund or arrange a replacement.
