Shipping and Delivery Information

We ship orders within Australia from Brisbane, Queensland. By placing an order with us, you agree to the shipping terms below.

1. Processing times

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and public holidays. During busy periods, sales, or stocktake, processing may take a little longer.

2. Delivery times

Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method used to send your parcel. These timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, peak trading periods, or other factors outside our control.

Typical delivery timeframes:

  • Standard delivery to most metro areas: 2-3 business days.
  • Regional and remote areas may take longer.

3. Shipping costs

There is a flat fee of $10 for shipping per order placed on our website.

4. Tracking

Where tracking is available, we will email your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

5. Delivery issues

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and any relevant photos. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and, where required, provide a remedy consistent with the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Incorrect address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for delays or parcels returned by the carrier, and re-delivery fees may apply.

7. Authority to leave

The parcel may be left at your address or in a safe place where permitted by the carrier. Once the parcel is shown as delivered by the carrier, responsibility may pass to you, subject to your legal consumer rights.
